If your Dulux Trade Colour Sensor (“the “Sensor”) is faulty, or it was damaged when you purchased it, or it is not as described, you may receive a replacement or refund as appropriate. In such event, the liability of Dulux is strictly as set out in this Returns Policy. If your Sensor is faulty, or was damaged at the time of purchase, please contact the Dulux Technical Advice Centre on 0860 330 111. If it is necessary to replace your Sensor we will send you the necessary details used to safely return the Sensor to Dulux. Dulux is not liable for faults with the Sensor caused by misuse or accidental damage. Save for any liability which may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law, the only liability of Dulux is to provide you with a replacement Sensor.
For all other matters please return your Dulux Trade Colour Sensor to where you bought it, together with your proof of purchase.
With regard to any Dulux Trade Colour Sensor which is faulty, damaged or not as described, Dulux shall not be liable for any loss of actual or anticipated income or profits, loss of contracts or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising as a result, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, whether or not such loss or damage is foreseeable, foreseen or known.
